Today while the boys were in bed I took a moment to do a  little research on mistakes that a seller most commonly make in the cake business and I found a  Cake Boss website, AWESOME (while singing in a high pitch voice). It has given me a lot of info of what and what NOT to do, the web even provides a free downloadable cake order sheet..AWESOME again (while singing in a high pitch voice..). So that's that for today. Its progress........ :)
