Birthday princess castle

I finally delivered a cake today for a beautiful little girl's birthday. Her smile was priceless!  It took me a week to make this wonderful cake and it was worth it! I learned a lot in this experience, lots and lots of trial and error but at the end it came out pretty darn cute... the bottom tier is the actual cake while the 2 top tiers are made out of rice crispy treats. The turrets were ice cream cones  covered in fondant and the towers were from paper towel rolls also covered in fondant. Oh! I also wanted to add that the figurines are dolls that I bought at the store, I'm not an expert on molding figures....yet...;)
