Valentine's week has been very busy for me..Minions, minions and lots of minions but I also had the privilege in making a wedding cake for a beautiful bride and her family. The cake was made of BC frosting adorned with beautiful white roses, accompanied with green hydrangeas and finished with a champagne color lace that wrapped around the cake. I did this up-side method for this cake, its basically to get sharper edges, I must say it worked however, flipping a cake over is very nerve racking... well here it goes..hope you like!
